Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. Sound baths are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to relax and receive.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. Many participants dress as they would for yoga or a casual wellness class.
How often should I attend a Sound Bath?
Some guests attend monthly, while others enjoy weekly sessions. Many people find regular attendance helps support ongoing stress reduction, relaxation, and personal wellness goals.

Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. We offer private sound healing sessions, Reiki and energy healing sessions, soul retrieval and shamanic healing sessions, tuning fork therapy, chakra balancing, Bio-Well scans, and other personalized wellness experiences.
Do you offer private group events?
Absolutely. We provide private sound baths, wellness experiences, corporate wellness events, staff appreciation programs, retreats, community gatherings, and special celebrations.
Where are you located?
Elevated Energy Healing is located at 700 Exposition Place, Suite 105, Raleigh, NC. The entrance is on the right side of the building. Look for the awning and come on in! We proudly serve individuals throughout Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Garner, and the greater Triangle area.
How do I register for events?
Registration can be completed online through our website. Space is often limited, so advance registration is recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds are offered minus any processing fees if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event. Registration fees may also be applied toward a future event. Outside practitioners may have a different policy.
