Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a live sound healing with crystal bowls, gongs, monochord, chimes, harps and more as we partner with Inspire Wonder to guide you through a soothing Yin Yoga practice.What to Expect: Props provided, but feel free to bring your mat and water bottle. Dress comfortably in layers. Arrive by 3:20 PM to settle in for the experience. Stay after for tea and connection if you’d like! Yoga is from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, followed by approximately 20 minutes of sound healing for added sound and stillness. Space is limited!

Elevated Power Hour - A Free Weekly Event - Wed. Jan. 8th 12:00-1:00 pm - Free

Each Wednesday beginning January 8th from 12:00-1:00 pm, Elevated Energy Healing will host “Elevated Power Hour”. As a gift to our marvelous community, we offer a guest speaker introducing themselves and presenting their unique talents and gifts. The various speakers also offer private sessions and workshops in their particular healing modality and sometimes group classes, often held at Elevated Energy Healing. Our first guest speaker is Donna Palmer. Donna will present a free workshop on Chanting with the Chakras! Toning the Chakras is a way for you to practice Self-Healing and all you are required to do is set an intention, visualize and produce a sound. Vocal toning creates a vibration that acts as a therapeutic massage for the body & mind.
